The development and application of Fancy yarn
Fancy yarns are yarns with a special appearance, feel, structure and texture. Its application scope covers home textile decoration, interior decoration, furniture decoration, clothing, functional fabrics, outerwear, braiding, scarves, flower caps and other products. It mainly forms colored dots, circles, scales, three-dimensional relief, wrinkles or folds, bubbles, suede and other effects in the fabric.
The raw materials for fancy yarns are very extensive. Cotton, wool, silk, hemp and various traditional or new chemical fibers can be used to develop fancy yarns and fabrics. Any raw material that can make drawing or roving can be processed into special fancy yarns. For example, down and its blended fibers can be made into light and thin down fabrics through fancy yarn processing technology; The wire can be processed into a core or wrap type fancy yarn on a flower rake.Various hemp fibers can also be processed into a variety of hemp fancy yarns through fancy yarn processing technology
In recent years, more than 20 kinds of different raw materials and different types of fancy yarns have been developed, and production has been adopted by different companies, creating a very good value. Published more than 10 academic papers.
Series functional fibers of Alginate
The alginic acid series functional fibers developed by the project have excellent moisture absorption, antibacterial and flame retardant properties, as well as skin care and anti-inflammatory and itching effects. They can be used in the production of high-quality medical dressings, high-grade clothing and underwear fabrics, and special protective clothing and decorative textiles and other fields.
Alginic acid functional fiber is a kind of biodegradable, new type green fiber with high-performance, and its development prospect is very broad. Moreover, it has significant social and economic benefits for improving the grade of our textiles and enhancing the international competitiveness of domestic textiles.
This achievement has currently applied for 6 Chinese invention patents and has authorized 3 projects. It has obtained funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Doctoral Program of the Ministry of Education. The project was identified by experts as "leading internationally".
