Vice President

professor, doctoral supervisor, was born in May 1969.

From July 1992 to May 2005, he successively served as a teacher of the Fashion Department of Wuhan Textile Institute, Director of the Environmental Art Teaching and Research Office of the Art and Design Department. Deputy Dean of the School of Art and Design of Wuhan Textile University from June 2005 to January 2017, and dean of the School of Art and Design of Wuhan Textile University from February 2017. He became Deputy President of Wuhan Textile University in July 2022.

He is the chief leader of "creative design and fine manufacturing" called Hubei excellent discipline group, national first-class environmental design specialty, and Hubei outstanding young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation team. He is also has the title of the member of Chinese academy of architecture, director of interior design branch of China construction institute, winner of the Chutian gardener award, the young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution for Hubei province, and the member of 12^th CPPCC of Hubei Province.

He focuses on the research of design theory, environmental design, and modern historical building protection. He is in charge of a series of research and education programs, such as culture and art research project sponsored by The Ministry of Culture of China, philosophy and social sciences project of Hubei province, soft science in humanities and social science key research projects, outstanding scientific and technological innovation team project of Hubei province. He has published over 30 research papers at core journals not only in China but also in the world, such as SCI, EI, and CSSCI. His design works have been selected design exhibition and won the first awards in the world for many times. His teaching research achievements have won the second prize of 7^th and 8^th University teaching achievements of Hubei.
