Born October 1975, Han Chinese, member of the Communist Party of China.
Previously served as Director of the Graduate Education Division and Deputy Director of the Party Committee Graduate Student Affairs Department at Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Party Secretary of the School of Mechanical Automation, Director of the Human Resources Department and Deputy Director of the Party Committee Faculty Affairs Department, and Director of the University Administrative Office. From August 2020 to August 2022, she was a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson (temporary assignment) of the Hubei Provincial Women’s Federation. In May 2026, she assumed her current role as Deputy Party Secretary of Wuhan Textile University.
Her research focuses on party building and ideological-political education. She has received multiple awards, including a First Prize for Higher Education Teaching Achievement from Hubei Province, a Second Prize for Outstanding Social Science Research Achievement, and a Third Prize for Outstanding Higher Education Research. She has led over 20 research projects, including grants from the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education’s special ideological-political fund, and the Hubei Provincial Social Science Fund. She has published more than 30 academic papers. She currently serves as a standing council member of the Lenin Thought Studies Branch of the Chinese Society of Marxist Philosophy History, a council member of the Hubei Policy Research Association, and a member of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee Lecture Corps. She has been selected for Hubei Province’s "Young and Mid-Career Marxist Theorist Development Program" and has received provincial honors such as "Outstanding Party Discipline Inspection Official."
