From March 18^th to 23^rd, the delegation led by Prof. Tian Huiyu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Wuhan Textile University, was invited to visit universities in Thailand and Indonesia, and carried out in-depth exchange in the field of people-to-people exchanges, talent cultivation, and scientific research cooperation with leaders and teachers from Kasetsart University, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, and gained important cooperation consensus.

Meanwhile, this visit is the first official delegation led by the university-level leaders of Wuhan Textile University in 2024. Through bilateral (multiple) side talks, visits and exchanges, signing agreements and other forms, WTU continue and enhance the friendly relations with universities in Southeast Asian countries, and further expand exchanges and cooperation in many fields. It is of great significance to promote the internationalization process of talents cultivation, enhance the internationalization level and open up a new window for international exchange and cooperation.
