The Forum of Chinese and International Students and International Seminar of the Content for 20th CPC National Congress were hosted by Research Institute of International People-to-People Exchange for Textile Industry and the International Education College of WTU by the end of the 20th CPC National Congress. More than a hundred students from 15 countries attend the event.

Professor Lin Li specifically introduced the five characteristics and essential requirement of “Chinese modernity” in a bilingual international Party class of which the blueprint is learning the core spirits of the 20th CPC National Congress. She then compared the historical suffering of ancient civilizations which contribute to the forming of Cuneiform, hieroglyph, and Sanskrit and specified three characters, “” and “”, which carry fine traditional Chinese culture. She mainly demonstrated that the reason why Chinese culture remains uninterrupted is for its inclusiveness, which means China will keep the peaceful Chinese path to modernization.

During the exchange, international students gave their speeches from the perspective of their countries’ culture and customs. Chinese students delivered their speeches to spread the profound significance of fine traditional Chinese culture to the development of Chinese modernization by sharing the charm of Chinese characters.

Professor Lin concluded the seminar by delivering: The Chinese path to modernization under the leadership of CPC is of great significance to the world, especially by providing useful reference and inspiration for a large number of developing countries, it helps them embark on a development path that suits their own national conditions. International youths should appreciate and understand the beauty of different cultures while inheriting and spreading different culture to the world. They should also contribute their strength to promote world peace and development by learning from each other.
