Recently, the project "multi-scale programmable aggregation induced luminescence materials and its key technical problems in the diagnosis of major diseases common research" from research team led by Prof. Liu Kan from Electronic Electrical School of WTU approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology P.R.C.. As the 2021 national key scientific research plan, the project execution for four years with the total funds of 21 million yuan. The project will be finished by Harbin Medical University, and jointly implemented by the National Nano center, Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Wuhan Textile University and Harbin Medical University jointly.
Professor Liu Kan's research team has been engaged in the development and application research of microfluidic chips, constantly exploring its unique advantages in the fields of medical test, biological analysis and chemical synthesis. The team has also done a lot of scientific research in the development of medical testing equipment, especially in the field of weak signal processing, precision temperature control, opto-mechatronics, and embedded systems. This project will be focused on the task for the national development of new information technology, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, and modern transportation, solving the problem of core preparation technology and engineering application.
