We should identify the shortcomings during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and make long-term plans for improvement; fourthly, improve safety awareness and standardize foreign affairs in managing education and teaching. All schools and departments must discover, communicate, and solve problems in a timely manner. In addition, they must respond flexibly to changes against the ever-changing international situation and better international teaching in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
