Recently, Three WTU students have been successfully approved the national government-sponsored study abroad program and will receive funding from the China Scholarship Council. Among them, Yan Yaqi from Fashion School and Zhang Chenxi from the Chemical Engineering School have been approved as the students involved in "National High-level University Postgraduate Students Study Abroad Program" and will be going to the University of Padua in Italy and the University of the Cote d 'Azur in France to pursue their doctoral degrees in the next four years. Tao Liushan from the Fashion School has been approved as the student involved in "Special Program for Art Talents Cultivation" and will be going to University of the Arts London to pursue the master's degree.

WTU always actively encourage and provide various ways for students to apply for various study abroad programs sponsored by the China Scholarship Council. Through the establishment and construction of international platforms at all levels and effectively uses international educational resources, IO of WTU support students' transnational exchange and research, so as to promote the cultivation process of composite and applied innovative talents with an international vision, and enhance the integration of education, teaching, discipline construction and scientific research.
